We kick off our 2 part discussion on coffee and beer this week with Mary Tellie from Electric City Roasting. We discuss the roasting process, coffees from around the world, and the flavors that these 2 variables have on coffee while running an experiment with french presses, coffee, and beer. We also have some delicious coffee beers to enjoy as well!
