The Rare Barrel has quickly established itself as one of the best sour beer brewery's and this week we chat with co-founder/brewer/blender Jay Goodwin about his path into brewing and making the leap into opening his own brewery and why he made the choice to brew all sour beers.  While the sour beer style is growing in popularity there are still a lot of unknowns about the style and this week we hope to answer many of those questions!

Funky Buddha Brewery has garnished much praise for their delicious beers in a short time and with a limited distribution chain.  The praise for their beers does not simply come from a lot hype but instead from the well brewed, balanced beers with a strong emphasis on bold flavors with a culinary connection.  John Lin from the brewery joins us this week to discuss first hand what it has been like building this fantastic Florida based brewery up in a very saturated craft beer market.

11-1-2015 Broken Goblet Brewing



Pennsylvania has some incredible breweries with more opening constantly and Broken Goblet, despite having only opened their doors in 2014, is making some noise in the scene with their delicious beers!  This week we had a great chat with co-owner Mike LaCouture about what it takes to open a brewery in today's market while we get to enjoy some of their fantastic beers!

10-25-2015 Halloween Beer Showcase




Halloween is always a fun time of year for both kids and adults.  This week we are examining some perfect beers for Halloween or any time of the year really!  We had a blast this week all getting back together finally and enjoying some phenomenal beers!

10-18-2015 Burn'Em Brewing





Burn'Em Brewing is a small brewery from Indiana with some big ideas.  First, their incredible artwork is the most eye catching we have ever had on the show and their unique takes on beer cannot go unnoticed either such as their Kreamed Corn cream ale, Cucumber IPA, and Banana IPA.  While we didn't get to chat with their head brewer as planned, we still made the best out of it this week!
