Thanksgiving is over, but much of the food remains!  This week we discuss some great beers to have on hand for pairing with many Thanksgiving leftovers and that are also perfect for transitioning into dark, cold winter nights.  We have a wide variety of styles to cover this week, but each is great with food with different flavor profiles to bring to the pairing.
