1-3-2016 New Year, Aged Beer

 

As we kick off 2016 we take a look back into the past through the bottom of a glass as we talk aging beer.  We have a few great ones lined up to taste and discuss how to age beer properly, flavors that develop/disappear, and what styles are best for aging.  Lots of great discussion this week and some wonderfully aged beers.
